Chiller is designed to accept loads of up to approximately 750 litres (TC-75), 1000 litres (TC-100) of product at a time.
Drum is designed to gently rotate. The operator will choose the mode of operation according to the nature of the product.
Chiller is equipped with a heat exchanger to seperate the externally supplied cooling medium from the product chilling water.
Chiller is designed to reduce the temperature of the hot product from +85°C to +4°C in less than approximately one hour, dependent on product's ability to give up heat.
It is fully self contained, piped and wired, and requires only the connection of the operating services.

- Simple controls for either cleaning or cooling operations.
- Selecting cooling cycle and time with added safety should desired temperature not be reached the microprocessor counts an additional 5 minutes and re-checks.
- The door is totally interlocked until the set parameters are achieved.
- PLC controlled for simplicity and reliability.
- All valves pneumatically piston operated for reliability.
- In line filter for protection against burst bag.
